How to Use:

Spray the cleaning liquid 2 to 3 times on the IQOS brush. Then, discard the liquid after 10 to 20 seconds.
Make sure to insert the brush into the IQOS stick body from the bottom part and clean up the dirt. (Do not insert the brush from the top part.)
Wipe the inside of the stick with a cotton swab. Turn on the switch of the stick and leave it for about one minute to dry the inside. ※Never spray the cleaning liquid directly on the inside of the stick. (It may cause the failure.) ※If there remains stiff dirt, spray the liquid on a cotton swab and clean the stick further.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed by 5 p.m. can be delivered the same day in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Additional orders will be delivered the next day.
Delivery every day of the week, excluding federal holidays.
We will try our best to ship your order the same day or the next day. An emergency or a major weather event may cause the cargo to be delayed.
Deliveries over AED 200 are free of charge. Customers can choose between standard or expedited shipping if an item is valued less than AED 200. AED 30 is the initial delivery charge. Depending on which service you select, additional costs will be shown at the register.
Shipments with the label "Signature required" are not made by the company. When packages are mailed, customers are responsible for having someone available to accept them.
It is not possible to change the shipping address. Only the mailing address you provided to us at the time of purchase will receive shipping from us. The cost of shipping is not refundable. We'll take the first shipping fee out of your return.
After you have paid the full invoice amount and presented your passport or Emirates ID, the courier will deliver your product.
